Upload a CSV of purchases, including past ones: add a date column
(2025-09-14 or 9/14/2025) and each row lands on that day, so history,
spend by month and "who sells this" are right. Use the template for the columns.

Import vendors
One row per vendor: name, contact, email, phone, WhatsApp, website, notes. Vendors you already have are updated with any new details; new names are added. To bring in what you bought from them before, use Import on the Purchases tab with a date column.
Upload your shop's product export (title, price, on-hand quantity, cost) and, if you have it, a sales-by-product export for the last few months. CrystalHaul works out what is running short, how many to buy, and the most to pay per piece at your margin. Nothing is added until you tick the lines you want.
Copies lines into . Lines that were bought last time carry the quantity, average price and vendor in their notes, so the next cap is grounded in what actually happened.
