By creating an account or using CrystalHaul ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CrystalHaul is a purchase-tracking tool for gem show shoppers and crystal collectors. It allows users to log purchases, photograph finds, track spending, manage vendor relationships, and export data.

3. Free Trial & Paid Plans

New accounts start on a free trial with the following limits:

• Maximum 2 vendor records
• Maximum 10 purchase records

Subscribing to a paid plan removes all limits. Subscription fees are charged as stated on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

5. User Data

You own the data you enter into CrystalHaul. We will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent security measures
• Upload malicious content or software
• Share your account with others

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrystalHaul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
